Just this week, Afrihost upgraded the webmail interface to their DSL (Web)Mail. It looks prettier and faster but my "Identity" and "Signature" settings are lost; they are no longer configurable either. I opened a ticket about this and the reply came back apologising for my being unable to send mail (!?). I would understand it if this "broken telephone" kind of behaviour happened with one odd Helpdesk agent once in a blue moon, but in the few years that I've been with Afrihost, I can tell that it seems to be the norm. Afrihost, you need to train your agents to read the ticket history, to understand it, and to call 2nd level support when clueless (which is most of the time). In the meantime, who else has experienced the problem with the new webmail interface to the DSL mail?

I have chatted to you regarding this topic in a previous thread. I'm going to lock this thread so we can continue chatting there.
