I have had similar assumptions about the shaping for the past two months now, full bars shown and router connected directly into PC. I have noticed that YouTube seems to be affected more than other sites most times barely able to load a ten-minute video...

The past two months the service from Axxess/Cell-C fixed LTE has been terrible. For a span of 4 days during September the network was down and not a damn thing was communicated outside of "the network is down', no **** it's down everyone is well aware of that.
Hi guys, has anyone been having issues gaining signal on the Cell C network since the start of this month?
I've already contacted Cell C (Axxess) directly and let them know. My issue is that on their website it continues to show that things are 100% up and running.

I've opened a support ticket as my ping has been 350 for 4 hours now. This isn't the first time the network has had these issues with constant timeouts and sites being unresolved.
