    Both my wife and myself have this issue. We each put in support requests, the support guy handling my wifes ticket had no idea what was going on.     Thank you for the suggestions. Waiting for a price from Aramex. I got one other price in the meantime, from PostNet via DHL is R1720, which is still way too much for such a small light item.
