Thank you for your response. I do have the B number which I provided to RSAWEB 30 days prior to cancellation from the current ISP. I Lodged a follow up with them on the 1st March as well and was escalated to their projects team. Still awaiting

i wonder if someone can assist me with this. my area has openserve fibre. I moved from Afrihost to RSAWEB as of the 1st March 2022. As per afrihost, they have released the line. Today, 4 March, I can still not connected.
any suggestions?
