OPENSERVE- MIGRATION FROM 1 ISP TO RSAWEB

Hi

i wonder if someone can assist me with this. my area has openserve fibre. I moved from Afrihost to RSAWEB as of the 1st March 2022. As per afrihost, they have released the line. Today, 4 March, I can still not connected.

any suggestions?

You need to phone your new ISP and send them the B number. You should in the future remember to ask for your B number before leaving your current ISP. It makes things a lot smoother. When you hand RSAWEB your B number remember to tell them it's in the holding pool and then once they have it it should take less than 24 hours to get internet from your new ISP

Thank you for your response. I do have the B number which I provided to RSAWEB 30 days prior to cancellation from the current ISP. I Lodged a follow up with them on the 1st March as well and was escalated to their projects team. Still awaiting
