    Does zadomains adhere to co.za registry policy of 5 day "grace" + 5 day suspension (no longer resolves) before entering closed redemption, because I don't see my domain that expired four days ago under expired tab since the "outage" and I see eye popping redemption fees. Or is this standard...

    Self-managed Xneelo with CP of choice, hire part-time remote sysadmin to manage if you don't have one. Or move to a host that offers managed dedicated cPanel. There aren't many locally and not any I would stake my reputation on recommending.

    New overnight record: 4 hours and 31 minutes of downtime. I don't think they know what they are doing or what is wrong with their network anymore, they just flailing one outage to the next. I have no idea what is happening behind the scenes and whether they will be a solvent business going...

    What are you saying? As long as Pingdom has been showing sites to be offline, the website is offline when you visit it in South Africa. Whether its 2 hours and 31 seconds, it's still two hours. We have live analytics on a busy site (95% visits from SA) we can see when nothing is going when...

    We have a new record! 2 hours and 1 minute. I think the correct thing to do would be to not allow any more people to sign up for your service until you have your sh*t sorted out. Close down completely if you have to but you cannot continue like this. We already have the Covid-19 coronavirus...

    Many hosts get DDoSed whether from competitors, from extortionists or because they are hosting a client being targeted. They find solutions.     And we are down again. 23 minutes so far. Yep, it's not even worth it to keep advertising campaigns running anymore as you are pausing and starting the whole day.

    For anyone even considering Elitehost, I would advise you avoid this company like the plague, they can't even keep their homepage up. Three outages yesterday 54min, 55min, 41min. Currently just back up from 1 hour and 23min of downtime. You have been warned.
