    This Pretoria Fibre crap is mind-blowing. I don't know whether to cry or laugh the situation the state capital finds itself. This is something the rest of South Africa has been rolling in with biscuit wheels for years and here people are doing cut and join for Fibre. The irony is beyond belief.
