    I think it might be too tight a squeeze, also the worry that it just doesn't fit or rubs up against the counter. I wish there was some way I could try and fit it in before buying :-P

    Thanks for that, drawing the same conclusion from my research so far. I have settled on a Series 2 Bosch which seems to be a bit of an older model but has great reviews wherever I look.

    Unfortunately yes there are non-frost free fridges, especially amongst the 60cm fridges. There was an awesome 70cm Bosch that I wanted but the space I have in my kitchen is just about 70cm so I don't think it's a good idea. That's good to know about Grundig.

    Buying from Tafelberg or Takealot and using eBucks. Those seem to be the only 2 that are frost free and 60cm. We wanted a 70cm Bosch but unfortunately it just won't fit out kitchen

    Crazy, thanks for the advice. The space is in the pantry which is a doorless room in my open plan kitchen and my lounge is about 4m away. I'll see if the installer can run it down to the garage below the pantry.
