Smeg vs Beko Fridge

Looking for something that's 60cm, frost free and that's a little bigger than our old fridge in terms of literage per fridge and freezer compartments

Presumably 60cm because that’s as big a gap as you have?
Did you see them on special somewhere or something.
Bosch or Siemens.

Do you get modern fridges that aren’t frost free?
I think it’s simply one of those features that are so standard now nobody bothers to specially market it.

I believe Grundig is basically Beko and it’s not the company it used to be.
That being said no personal experience and I checked out their induction stove tops a year or two ago and they seemed quite impressive.
My understanding is that it’s not as German as it pretends to be.
Unfortunately yes there are non-frost free fridges, especially amongst the 60cm fridges. There was an awesome 70cm Bosch that I wanted but the space I have in my kitchen is just about 70cm so I don't think it's a good idea.

Those are fashion accessories. Another vote for Bosch from me.
All the same nowadays. Beko = Defy = Grundig. Some Smegs are the same too. AEG = Bosch = Siemens. LG = Samsung.

Basically everything is crap. Buy for warranty and hope that luck is on your side.
I was happy with two Grundig 60cm fridges, with 5 year warranties. They were identical to a Smeg, and even the current Grundig French door is the same as the Smeg and Beko.
Way of the world. I now buy Hisense white goods for the warranty as they have more features than Grundig for a lot less.
Love my LG upright fridge and freezer in the garage but they’re in a different class to the LG 60cm bottom freezer which is average and similar to the Bosch ones.
Bosch is just not what it used to be, so ignore anyone punting them and do your own research and comparison.
There is really nothing left to be loyal about, other than warranty or high-end expensive stuff.
