    Can anyone give me advise on what I can do to get my 5g sim activated? It's been 24 hours now after receiving the delivery and the sim is still not activated. The rain portal still shows the order as queued for delivery, @rain_mobile and @rain_networks are ignoring my messages and Rain support...

    I'd just like to find out, after purchasing a fiber package, how long can I expect to wait for Frogfoot to install the ONT box at my home? There is already a fiber line, it's only missing the ONT box.
