Hi. Thankyou for your quick help. They will contact me tonight apparently. So yes my dad side is on wireless. But on my side the TV and laptop is wired to the router directly and it still happens.- Ooglyboogly88

Good day. I was wondering if anyone could help me out please. I'm having issues where my internet connection drops completely. I have a ticket open. #COOL-20210815-749059.
