Good day. I was wondering if anyone could help me out please. I'm having issues where my internet connection drops completely. I have a ticket open. #COOL-20210815-749059. Basically they asking me to plug laptop into fibre box and do mtr tests while the problem is happening. This is basically impossible to do. As problem occurs maybe 3 times a day. How must I watch laptop all day until it happens? Is there no other way of testing the connection? I understand they need this but surely it can be done another way. I'm no IT expert. I feel like I'm paying for a service and it should not be my responsibility to resolve issue. Am I been wrong? Starting to get very annoyed.

Sure let me investigate.

The team did try and reach out, I believe this is over wireless which is probably the issue. A simple way to test is to connect with a cable and stream and see if there is any change.

The point of the testing is to narrow down where the bottleneck may be.

Hi. Thankyou for your quick help. They will contact me tonight apparently. So yes my dad side is on wireless. But on my side the TV and laptop is wired to the router directly and it still happens.
