@Afrigirl @AfriGuy Ive been having a intermittent connection for the last day, my connection just seems to drop for a couple of seconds/minutes at a time before it comes back. Contacting Afrihost whatsapp support was extremely frustrating, which isnt generally my experience. The person I spoke to basically just responded "Okay." most of the time, not assisting me AT ALL, and apparently testing the line on their side and then just sending me a copy/pasted answer that stated the problem MIGHT be the router or ONT. Everthing was fine yesterday, and nothing has changed on my side at all. Router is 100% and dont see any issue with the ONT. My connection to the router remains active the whole time. Support also didnt give ANY advice on how to check for fault on the router/ONT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because this is wildly frustrating, particularly after talking with such a totally unhelpful support person.
