    Final update: Because I logged a complaint on Standard Bank's website (without special characters), they phoned me right before 5pm and they submitted a closure request to the retentions department! So after almost 90 minutes on calls, this was the quickest way to cose an account :)

    My guess is incorrect tensioning or incorrect installation. The Innovation Group policy I have with WBC informed me that I should take the vehicle to Mitsubishi and they will cover R3000 for new v-belts. I will take if from there. Thanks guys!
