I was just thinking in terms of the cleaning lady using the wrong plug to do her stuff. A just in case senario. With my previous mecer inverter she did it accidentally and the unit switched off when she plugged the vacuum into the wrong outlet regardless of eskom power or not.
Allright. So if I understand correctly. On inverter mode (no eskom) it will be limited to 2kw as it is. But on passthrough its basically acting like an extension cord and not going throught the internals as much as its not drawing anything from the battery?
When on battery mode. I cant draw more than 2000w. It then shuts down. But when eskomis available it doesnt draw power from the battery. But my battery is lalela 80ah 24v.
Hi. O just got an Fivestar 2kw inverter as in the photo. Just one question. It doesnt seem to limit the load when on AC power. I can draw more than 2kw without any warning. When Im battery power it does limit me to 2kw draw and shutdown when I exceed that. Im just worried that I might damage...
Anybody use the Lalela 24v 80ah with this inverter? Does it handle is well and will it last? Anybody with experience on this battery.
Its selling for about R13k on takealot and then I dont need a battery balancer as it is only one battery
