    Still stock the only thing that is not working right is the keyboard some keys are missing and it using a universal charger because the samsung charger broke. Even if its on battery it still does the same so it cannot be the charger

    Still the same issues the system does not restart If you also exit the bios after making changes the system shuts down and you have to press the power button to power it on again

    Doe RAM is fine Flashed and reset the bios it does not work either.

    Very funny that is the only thing that it can do is total power off and normal power on not restart . I have lent the laptop to a friend of mine when I get it back I will show you

    Was a fresh install of Windows guys as I said its not drivers as a qualified tech I checked that. It does that with the battery out too. It cant be overheating because once Windows is running then the system is fine Event viewer says nothing like that. Motherboard problem?

    All Drivers updated. As I said I doubt it if its Windows itself as it boots up fine I even did a bios update its still the same even tested the RAM . Checked the hard drive health its fine.

    Still does the same its not software I dont think its that because Windows is running fine only occurs when shutting down or restarting that the laptop turns off
