Hi I would like an advise on a case whereby a child of about 9 years conducted a buglery in my home two times at 1st he stole my R400 and a tablet and 2nd day he was cought. Well when I find out I used a belt on him very hard and his money whom the child gave a R200 to opened a case against me. What to to should I open a case against them too or what?
