Unable to cancel call forwarding on MTN

I have a strong aversion to voicemail. I used to be able to cancel all call forwarding so that my missed calls never got to voicemail - they would ring until the caller got bored, or in the event that I wasn't available, just beeped and hung up. I am following the same procedure I used to...
