Sorry, I missed this follow up. I'm not getting notifications for some reason.
They did sort it out at some point yesterday afternoon. I walked past the ONT and noticed it was connected. Oddly no one notified me of anything.

My connection has been dropping for a while, and I finally got someone to come out from VumaTel. They then replaced the ONT box. Since that point my connection has been off. They keep on marking my faults as resolved, and now I'm back to...
