    Greetings all After 4 days without electricity and many escalations, the prepaid meter had to replaced. Needless to say it took complaints to councilor to mayor for a resolution. The forum assisted me with troubleshooting before reaching out to municipality. Thank you

    Prepaid Meter KY124

    Greetings, Please assist, I've tried all suggestions to load electricity on prepaid meter, from connecting power at neighbor, to changing batteries, with no success. The power light remains red, error message after loading voucher is constant. Any advice would be appreciated.
