    No, they clever, used their own people to deliver and when I asked for documentation he said my invoice they mailed me is my guarantee etc. I was to eager to accept because my original laptop was stolen recently! On hind site, I should have noted the registration number.

    Paid by eft, but yes I do have lots of proof, as in all the whatsapps and thank goodness I made a screen capture of their add for the laptop I was suppose to get! They since removed it.... Will go to my bank and also police to lay a charge. Then will try and see how I can get hold of the owner...

    Thanks yes exactly what I wanted, for them to refund me and fetch their crap but I gave up on that as they either dont answer the phone or ignore my whatsapps! Then if you do get through, you end up with a different guy making promises again only to end up in bullshit!
