Yesterday I received my CoJ statement and, under the property rates section, it shows an additional amount for rates that's never been there before. CoJ are calling it "Add Section 15 of MPRA adjustment". I had no idea what it was so I queried it with CoJ, needless to say I haven't heard back...

Has anyone had any success logging into the TV Licence FAST Pay website? I couldn't log in last year, and have the same problem this year, just get an error message after login.
I find it comical that the SABC whines about people not paying their licences, but they can't be bothered...
