    Erratic Speeds . . .since Dec2024.

    We have a 100Mb Fibre Account with Axxess , the Fibre OTN unit was supplied by Openserve. All was installed in Jan 2022 and speeds never went below 85Mb . ..ever.     Yes , we use 995 SSL and 465/587 TLS/SSL . . . you cant even ping the mailservers when using Starlink, but when you switch to a different WifiRouter with Vodacom/Telkom/Mtn/Afrihost/Axxess simcard . . it starts to reply and you can send emails and receive without issue.

    We have all of the accounts on port 995 SSL and /465/587 TSL/SSL with authentication . Mail domains are hosted by popular ZA ISP's.

    Hi , Yes the ISP confirmed they added the STARLINK public ip 154.224.xxx.xxx to their "Whitelist" and will service any connections from that IP Range, but it looks like STARLInk doesnt allow any of the mail protocols through, although the Hosted Exchange(Off365) emails work without an issue...
