    Yup, basically same feedback since Tuesday :). I was on the phone with them now and apparently the cable technician was attending to it yesterday afternoon but was interrupted by rain, and will go back today.

    Hi, what would be the average "normal" ETR for Openserve to do a repair? Is there some sort of SLA between Afrihost and Openserve? I've been down since Friday evening. The Openserve technician was here on Tuesday morning and confirmed the issue is not on-prem but no progress since.

    Personally, I'd go with a higher resolution too, but I guess it depends on what you want to do with it. I just moved from 2x 24" at FHD, to a single 32" 2K 75Hz Asus monitor at R4500. I use it mostly for work but also some casual gaming.

    Thanks, I'll have a lookout for this. I got an SMS from Rain yesterday apologising for downtime during shedding due to battery theft. I was a bit surprised at this since we've always been down during shedding and have had to resort to MTN to be able to keep working.

    Mine stopped working over night, I tried it with and without the USB cable, and on a different computer. It doesn't even come up as an unknown device. I wonder if Takealot will swap it out for me. I bought it in June 2022.
