Openserve "normal" ETR?

I've been down since Friday evening and I was wondering if this is normal for Openserve to take this long to do a repair? The technician confirmed on Tuesday morning that the issue was upstream and not at my end but no further progress since. I'm considering switching to Frogfoot although I've also heard of mixed experiences with them in my area.
