I'm not convinced that Telkom can deliver these complicated services. And when the contracts ends, it will take another year to resolve the termination. Sorry telkom, ain't buying this Big Deal!!!
Best way to cancel, is to find someone you know working at Telkom and work from the inside out. It took me almost a year, but a friend recommended someone working at telkom I could personally email with my issue. Account was canceled and I even receive a refund for overpayment.
Turns out that a friend of a friend working at Telkom is now looking at my query and my account has been credited and my balance is now about 50%. That might be the way to go, find out if a friend knows a friend working at Telkom.

Looks like the service has now been cancelled. Now to get them to credit my account. Hopefully this will not end in court. My credit record has been affected though. Remind me never to use Telkom ever again, and advise others to do the same.
