Laptop import from Amazon

Not sure if there is a thread for this already. If I import a laptop from Amazon, will there be a power supply/adaptor issue and how can I overcome it?

Depends what you mean by "issue".

They'll have an American plug but you can buy a simple travel adapter for it.

The bricks can detect whether you're plugging in to 110 or 220 V and adapt accordingly. So you shouldn't have much of a problem.

Yip (as NI said above) the power is 110-240v stable, you'll just need a plug adaptor.

Received my laptop, and used a local plug that plugs into the power adapter. Works like a dream! Thanks for the feedback
