I just went through something similar with them. The really sad thing is that this sort of service is becoming the norm in SA. You have to fight every step of the way to get what you are entitled to. And all we hear as customers is;
“We are sorry, it won’t happen again”

Ok scratch that I have no cast button on my Disney app. I have never tried to cast from it before so ima not sure if the is a new issue or not, the app on the chrome cast still works though

That all works, the App itself works, I just cannot add something from Disney+ to my Google TV watch list, I cannot see a Disney+ channel on the Home screen, and Disney+ is not in my continue watching feed.
