Hi all,
I have a question I hope you can answer.
I recently go my daughter a FNB sim card, and today I was looking at the account information on the FNB website. You access this information by logging into www.fnb.co.za go to the Connect tab, the click on the relevant number, this one is a top up SIM, and then click on Transaction History
I notices that on this page, are are large data "transactions" recorded daily as DATAIN_BUNDLE. These figures are numbers like 12GB, 452GB, 73GB and so on. I looked at my other sims and the show the similar information. The account, like I said, is a top up, with 2GB of data a month, so these data transactions can only be data which is consumed over my WiFi connection. Which beg the question, why is wifi data being recorded by FNB? And the logical next question is what else are they seeing?
Is this a logical and rational assumption and concern or am I being over the top?
