Hi All,
Is there a more effective way of reporting network performance issues and outages to FNB Connect using 135?
I don't enjoy reaching out to former colleagues and connections to get network issues solved. FNB is a smart fintech group and I use their banking and mobile services with success on most days. I feel like they have created a barrier between their solutions and the customer.
It seems to raise a dropped call issue, data failures or other tickets you need to escalate (be semi-rude and demanding) to get any real solution.
frustrating!
Any advice on better methods welcome.
thank you
