Hi, not yet. So far I've upgraded HDMI cables to ensure they're not the issue. Online support said there are no firmware updates for the soundbars, but now that I know I'm not the only one, I'm going to take it to the support center and see what they say.
So because of ARC it allows you to pass sound through whatever device is connected to the TV (if your TV supports ARC). You would connect all your media devices to the TV, and the soundbar would play all of them.
I'm sure i could bypass my issue with a digital optic cable from my media box, but...
Interestingly, I tried this and think I found the issue.
When the issue occurs, the soundbar says its volume is 10, for example. I change the source or turn the soundbar off, and I see the TV is set to 0 (the last state was 10).

The sound quality is great, and the Bluetooth rear speakers are convenient. My only issue is having to unplug and plug it in just to get it to work when they decide to stop.
Then the lack of information about their new speakers and support from Skyworth is a big negative.
The TV is on, the soundbar is on, but there is no volume at all. Has anyone else with this soundbar, or perhaps any other Skyworth soundbar, experienced an issue with the ARC not working sometimes and the only way to fix it is to power cycle the unit?
