The journey continues.
I’ve lost a further 2KG since last week taking my total loss of 13.5KG.
Happy with my progress but need to keep the motivation and not get ahead of myself.

Yes I do have a fitness device. It also helps me with meeting my weekly goals with discovery. An activated booster also provides a financial booster for meeting my goals

Hi all. Sometimes there is a delay with FNB allocating payments.
E.g - you swipe the 31st Jan and the retailer banks the 31st Jan. This remains showing as pending until fnb have allocated that payment. If it’s allocated say the 3rd of the following month (Feb), you will note your payment date...

I use MyFitnessPal to record my calories. I’m usually well below my required calories.
That’s because I fast 20 hours, so basically only have one meal per day, dinner
