    Slow Speed - Impossible to Stream

    I'm hooked up to Openserve, using Web as my ISP. My 40 Mb connection has never provided more than 25Mb at best and in the last 2 weeks slowed down to 10Mb and as I was about to stream Ramaphosa's speech last night, speed dropped to below 1Mb and I am now effectively cutoff from the world.
