I'm hooked up to Openserve, using Web as my ISP.
My 40 Mb connection has never provided more than 25Mb at best and in the last 2 weeks slowed down to 10Mb and as I was about to stream Ramaphosa's speech last night, speed dropped to below 1Mb and I am now effectively cutoff from the world.
MWeb is uncontactable.
My big question is the source of my problem.
How do I know whether or not the the problem is my router of the the fibre supply?
I have had at least 70 interactions with Mweb and the router supplier over speed and frequent (sometimes every few minutes) dropped signal and both point fingers at the other and deny any fault!!
