Hi Ping plotter results

Good evening all have been running ping plotter and it is showing cisp as having large packet loss. Screenshot I have is 30%

Logged a ticket with support, will wait there reply not going to go into details here as I am getting frustrated and know this it not the forum to raise this.

Still getting packet loss as well. Paulshof area. This is becoming a common issue.

Trenched. Just tested again and seems fine now except I am uploaded at almost 3x my package. Was erratic for over an hour.

Hi all. Anyone having problems in sandton,paulshof area. Vumatel? Got a very erratic ping. 15ms it over 50 and running at half speed!

very inconsistent speeds, depends where i test too, use Vumatel speed test get normal speeds, 50 down 5 up. Use speedtest to Cool Ideas get about 9 down and between 9 and 25 up. In Paulshof
