Cool Ideas Fibre ISP - Feedback

My internet seems very slow today. I have a 50/5 line on vuma. When I usually do a speedtest, I get around the 50/5 mark. At the moment, I'm getting 5-10/5. Anyone else having similar troubles?

Same issue, but I've got a 100/10 service on Vuma.
I'm getting max 6.9 Mbps.

Any chance you're also in Randburg?
 
Speeds wonky in here too. 50/50 Line >>>getting 5mbps Down and 50mbps up.....since this afternoon

very inconsistent speeds, depends where i test too, use Vumatel speed test get normal speeds, 50 down 5 up. Use speedtest to Cool Ideas get about 9 down and between 9 and 25 up. In Paulshof
 
Line is dead slow,

200/200 line on Vuma - Boskruin.

2mbps down, 192mbps up.
 
Hi all so seems to be limited to Vumatel Trenched in certain areas, please log tickets with us. So we can escalate according. I have reached out for feedback.
 
Just recieved from Vumatel backhaul break.

International speeds are pitiful, even with these ADSL speeds international is 0.6Mbps.
