    What is the name of the cable I need to connect a new HD DStv decoder to the aerial / dish point in home. The existing cable us not compatible with decoder. The dish is installed on roof of building. Help!!

    Lights on router = 3 green and 1 orange. Almost sure that orange light was not present before. On vumatel unit = 3 lights one of which flashes, this is usual set up. Cheers

    No internet/whatsapp/twitter/etc, (WiFi icon illuminated and 'connected' appears on device) via cool ideas WiFi router. Can get all connected via Data.

    No reply, waiting until tomorrow to get support. Just saw on al Jazeera news that Twitter, what's app, facebook etc were down in must of northern hemisphere today, but now restored.

    No internet connection all day Sunday 14 April, Mowbray, near CT CBD. Anyone else having same issues Router seems fine, rebooted X2. No power outages Help!!!!

    Advise please, how do i access gmail on apple computer. I seem to need a password, I don't use a gmail password since i access gmail from android phone app.

    Do you have fibre-to-the-home coverage where you live?

    So I am about to install with cool ideas via vumatel. I have what is probably quite a daft question, but once I am up will I get a personal e-mail address from cool ideas, or will I have to hook up with another service provider to get that sorted. Excuse ignorance!!!!

    OVHD installation

    Could I install my own OVHD decoder on an upgraded DSTV cable/dish. I do not have a DSTV decoder. Just want SABC, but signal after upgrade is very poor. Installer suggested this might solve my problem Upgrade was for DSTV tennants. Help
