    @Afrigirl @AfriNatic Connection still not up since Friday. I manged to eventually get an update on my support ticket last night that the ongoing network incident is being halted for security reasons. Can we escalate and get an ETA on resolution?

    Getting disconnects every day again. Happened Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and now again. Seems to be at a random time. Goes down for 10-20minutes each time. Same behavior from a few months ago although less frequent. Ferndale area.
