The vuma technicians said theres an outtage in Johannesburg affecting afrihost clients only and the issue is unrelated to the maintenance theyre doing.

Since the early hours of this morning, I have connection for about 5 seconds then its down for 10 seconds.
No warning lights on ONT or router both rebooted multiple times.

I manged to eventually get an update on my support ticket last night that the ongoing network incident is being halted for security reasons.
Can we escalate and get an ETA on resolution?

Vumatels website is saying there's still an NWI in Ferndale. (Logged on Friday).
Afrihost has removed theirs on their website.
can you find out from vumatel if they're aware of an issue by any chance?

Hi, no it hasn't. Since 6pm yesterday. I logged a ticket and was told there's a network incident in the Ferndale area. Seems to be taking an awfully long time.
Any chance there is an eta or update?
Getting disconnects every day again.
Happened Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and now again.
Seems to be at a random time. Goes down for 10-20minutes each time.
