I received a call from Telkom offering me an amazing fibre option deal. Vuma would install the cable, Telkom would supply the LTE unit all at no charge. My ADSL would then be cancelled. A technician from Telkom would connect all my devices for me also at no cost. Todate 6 months later I am still using my ADSL. Telkom are charging me for fibre. They also charging me for 3rd party access. Who can I speak to?
