    I can scan to my 2 laptops but I can print from both, I always get an error print message. I can print from my phone. I removed the software and reloaded it again but still get the same problem.

    Thanks, Jezzad, it now works, but I can see live videos on my android app when I am on the same wifi. when I switch off wifi live video disappear

    I have hikvision NVR and I can view cameras on windows 10 using hikvision iVMS-4200 but not on my andrio app hikvision iVMS-4500. I can see all the cameras bot not the picture.
