hikvision iVMS-4500 vs 4200

I have hikvision NVR and I can view cameras on windows 10 using hikvision iVMS-4200 but not on my andrio app hikvision iVMS-4500. I can see all the cameras bot not the picture.

Thanks, Jezzad, it now works, but I can see live videos on my android app when I am on the same wifi. when I switch off wifi live video disappear

Turn off WiFi, then add the device ti Hik-Connect and it should work.
