    thanks for the replies. So that section C in the DL1 form that talks about which police station you reported it at, and the case number can be ignored?

    Hi Folks I searched for this and only found info from 2020 so I'm looking to confirm if, now in 2023, do you still need a police affidavit if you lost your driver's license card and need to replace it. thanks
