Help needed Outgoing Server

Well our email stopped sending out 2 days ago. Account is with Telkom. But been using Vodacom for outgoing. It has been SMTP Vodamail but kept giving Relay denied. So I logged a service request. Today they replied saying must be SMTP.VBMAIL.CO.ZA Port 25
