    Felt good this morning so decided to do a tempo run to see how it goes and it felt good, slowly but surely building up my running base again. Hills still destroy me though. I am aiming for 5:30 pace at 150bpm at the moment

    @Crusader I feel you also had a tempo run on Sunday. With the few months I haven't been running and still having an injury with my hamstring it sure is hard running at the new pace. I do however believe that if I stick with it and don't overdo it I will get back to my regular pacing in no time...

    So if I am at 20km now do I just up the mileage by 10-15% each week till I get to 70-80km per week and then start doing the speed work stuff with the running and still try to reach 70-80km per week? That does seem high though that is on average 10km per day 😳

    I have the GT2000-12s and they have been quite nice, I like the run in them a lot, but for some reason my achilles tendon flares up when running with them and I don't have that issues when running with the pumas, the shoes does however have like 550km on them
