    You did indeed ad groups to channels

    You can change it in the view option in kodi. There are selections like sport, cartoons, entertainment or all channels just like you mentioned no need to ad to favorites. And yes the audio does come through a few seconds later than video

    Using eon Nox silvo you can ad the run merge command from iptv merge to the submenu of tv /live TV if you like, next to channels and guide.

    We had a similar discussion earlier in this fomur, why not do a fully customizable skin for parents like eon nox where you can add dstv to the menu items with OD content as sub menu items. You can even display OD content in ribbon with DVD cases I think you can ad 2 ribbons eg like movies and TV...

    When tinkering it could be difficult to understand, you should see how my 10 year old navigates kodi. He fixes the epg with iptv merge by himself.
