Hi Everyone I've cancelled my rental lease 40 calendar days early, after giving 46 working days notice as I have purchased a property. We have sorted damages to the landlord by allocating a replacement tenant. However, the estate agents insist on a "administration fee/lease cancellation fee"...- Stefaans30
