    I saw that, I did delete the directory using command line and didnt work for me.

    I extracted it to the bin file and only copied the .bin I tried all the USB ports as well. Could it be the file name? Or should I follow specific process to do firmware update and not through menu`s?

    Hi Everyone, I have recently purchased the HE65A6100UWTS. Everything looking good except the apps. Netflix is constantly giving errors then I have to reset and sign in again. Is there an update that could fix this? Even the DSTVNow app is old and useless..
