    I've ordered this and the router but payment hasn't gone through? Which I find strange, shouldn't it take payment for router immediately? On clientzone it says everythings payed and up to date.

    Yeah, twice I've had to have higher ups review the recording of what was said and promised by retentions and both times they honoured it, you just have to be clear and almost repeat things so that it's in the recording. It is a pain to get to someone who can sort it out for you and quite stressful.

    I had the same price threatening and contract ending the 11 the last two upgrades I did so 4 years. Last time I ended up upgrading to some other contract before the 11th and then payed a penalty when I proceeded to upgrade two weeks later to a better Black Friday deal.

    Do the opposite homes have fibre ? I was hopeful that maybe this is a sign that fibre is on the way.

    Yeah it's not available yet on the coverage map, have checked all of them. Was just hopeful this was a sign that they were beginning a roll out at my location. I'm just outside Knysna and on the coverage map openserve coverage is like a 1 km away from where I live.

    I tested in two machines and swapped out drives I know work and they worked fine.

    Yeah what I read before buying seemed reasonable, I still am interested what could be happening or if I just got very unlucky and got two dud drives in a row but I find it very suspicious that both end up with more or less 64MB/s read speeds
