I've ordered this and the router but payment hasn't gone through? Which I find strange, shouldn't it take payment for router immediately?
On clientzone it says everythings payed and up to date.
Yeah, twice I've had to have higher ups review the recording of what was said and promised by retentions and both times they honoured it, you just have to be clear and almost repeat things so that it's in the recording.
It is a pain to get to someone who can sort it out for you and quite stressful.
I had the same price threatening and contract ending the 11 the last two upgrades I did so 4 years. Last time I ended up upgrading to some other contract before the 11th and then payed a penalty when I proceeded to upgrade two weeks later to a better Black Friday deal.
I've had this dance with MTN since the first black friday deal, next year will be the first one where I can't upgrade because they only offered 18 month contracts last year for the data deal I needed. Touche MTN touche
