    Herotel Fibre - surely this is not normal

    Not sure on your exact issue but I am also getting frustrated with Herotel. Pretty much on the phone with support every evening. There really isn't any customer support to speak of. Is there maybe someone at MyBB who can do a story on them and expose them for the poor service providers they are?

    Don't have the bass traps and a mat.........yet :). As for the door openings, my TV and all the main components are situated at the opposite end of the room against the wall where there are no openings. So only the two rear satellites will be mounted at the back close to these openings.
