    Not happy after the installation as the picture quality now somehow degraded / to a point of dull grey ❌ Interesting fact is that picture quality beter with old PACE decoder than new supplied ULTRA decoder.

    Thank you for the advice. Installer sourced & supplied 4K 24Hz cable. Will request for 60Hz cable. Samsung confirmed the TV device offers 60Hz.
